JOB PURPOSE
- The primary purpose of the Telesales Executive role is to effectively sell Urban Grocery Mart's products through telephone interactions with customers. This involves pitching products, addressing customer concerns, and ultimately closing deals to contribute to the company's revenue growth.
MANDATORY
- The candidate must have a laptop with a high-speed internet connection and a Smart mobile (Dual SIM) device.
SALARY
Competitive salary with an attractive commission structure.
- Annual CTC: ₹1,20,000 to ₹2,40,000

REQUIREMENTS
- Age: 19 to 28
- Qualification: Minimum Senior secondary school, in Sales or Marketing will be a plus.
- Gender Preference: Female (preferred)
- Experience: 1 to 3 Years
- Language: Marathi, Hindi, English
- Proven experience in telesales or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
- Positive and resilient attitude in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: Telesales, Telecaller, Data Entry

- Probation Period: 6 months to 1 year (According to the performance of the candidate)

SHIFT DETAILS
A dynamic and collaborative work environment.

- Shift Timing: 10:00 am to 7:00 pm
- Working Days: 6 days/week.
- Weekly Off: Sunday.

SKILLS
- Like Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Forms, Spreadsheets/ Data entry/ Customer care/ Tele-calling/ Business Process Outsourcing (BPO)
- Candidates should have Telemarketing, Tele Sales experience in products, like all types of loans, credit cards, etc. It will be preferred.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct outbound calls to potential or existing customers, utilizing the script, to promote, sell, and inform them about Urban Grocery Mart products and services.
- Provide information about product features, pricing, and promotions to potential customers.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective telesales techniques and strategies.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and customer loyalty.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close the sale.
- Take and process orders accurately.
- Answer questions about products or the organization.
- Handle grievances to preserve the URBAN GROCERY MART reputation.
- Perform the “EXTRA MILE” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and sales transactions in the CRM system.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
- Keep customer information confidential.
- Follow the URBAN GROCERY MART policies and adhere to data integrity.
- Enter and update customer information into the database.
- Copying and pasting data accurately from websites provided by the URBAN GROCERY MART into Google Forms.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
