Who We Are
We are third-generation entrepreneurs whose business continues to evolve from generation to generation. Since 1970, my grandmother used to go door-to-door selling fresh vegetables with a basket on her head when she first started selling vegetables.
Due to my grandmother's hard work and honesty in business, it did not take much time for my grandmother to settle down in the business. Within a short time, She reached hundreds of customers, and as a result, the business also increased.
Later in the year 2003, my mother started a convention store under the guidance of my grandmother. Like my grandmother, my mother also achieved business growth by gaining the trust of hundreds of customers due to her diligence and honesty in business.
In 2020, I started my Business known as "EASY SHOPPING" (Convention Store) under the guidance of my grandmother and mother. Today we sell Daily Needs & Essentials Products through convention stores to at least 200 to 300 customers daily.
On 19 September 2023, on the auspicious occasion of Shri Ganesh Chaturthi, DARK STORES were launched under EASY SHOPPING under the name www.urbangrocerymart.com through which consumers can shop for groceries online from the comfort of their homes.
It is a short journey of three generations that you are seeing now.
I am a third-generation "WOMEN ENTREPRENEUR" myself. 19th September 2023 is like Triveni Sangam for me because three important events took place on this day.
- The successful Prime Minister of India Hon'ble Shri. Narendra Modiji brought the NARI SHAKTI VANDAN Bill.
- In a way, the annual HINDU FESTIVALS started from Shri Ganesh Chaturthi.
