- The nature of work for the HR Executive encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities aimed at managing the human capital within the organization. Their work involves a combination of strategic planning, operational execution, and interpersonal interactions.
JOB PURPOSE
- The HR Executive plays a pivotal role in managing all aspects of human resources within the organization. They are responsible for overseeing the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and offboarding (Hiring to firing). Their primary objective is to ensure the organization's HR functions align with its strategic goals and objectives while fostering a positive work environment and promoting employee engagement and satisfaction.
MANDATORY
- The candidate must have a laptop with a high-speed internet connection and a Smart mobile (Dual SIM) device.
SALARY
Competitive salary with an attractive commission structure.
- Annual CTC: ₹2,40,000 to ₹4,08,000

- Qualification: Minimum Graduate, MBA in HR (preferred)

- Dress Code: Professional, business-appropriate attire.
- Probation Period: 6 months to 1 year (According to the performance of the candidate)
