JOB PURPOSE
- As a Business Development Manager for Urban Grocery Mart, your primary responsibility is leading, mentoring, and driving a team of Business Development Executives toward achieving sales targets for our Corporate E-Coupon products. You will be pivotal in developing and executing strategies to expand market presence, guiding the team in identifying and engaging businesses, organizations, companies, and showrooms with 10 or more employees. In addition to providing direction and support in creating opportunities, generating appointments, and effectively pitching our products, you will focus on overcoming higher-level challenges, analyzing market trends, and building strong client relationships to secure high-value deals. Your role will involve monitoring performance, refining sales techniques, and ensuring the team meets or exceeds organizational sales goals.

Competitive salary with an attractive commission structure.
Annual CTC: ₹4,80,000 to ₹7,20,000

REQUIREMENTS
- Age: 28 to 35 (flexible based on experience and skills)
- Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is highly preferred.
- Gender Preference: Male/Female.
- Experience: 5 to 8 years in marketing/sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial or team-leading role. Proven experience leading a team of Business Development Executives.
- Target Segment: B2B.
- Language: Proficiency in Marathi, Hindi, and English (both written and verbal).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Industry Experience: Strong experience in business development, sales strategy, and market expansion, preferably within the sales industry or similar B2B-focused sectors.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with a solid track record of successful high-value deals.
- Strategic thinker who can identify new business opportunities and implement plans to capitalize on them.
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends, competition, and performance metrics.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams as well as independently.
Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with CRM tools, sales forecasting, and pipeline management.
