JOB PURPOSE
- As a Business Development Executive for Urban Grocery Mart, your primary responsibility is to drive the sales of our Corporate E-Coupon products. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence by identifying and engaging businesses, organizations, companies, and showrooms with 10 or more employees. Your focus will be on creating opportunities, generating appointments, effectively pitching our products, overcoming objections, and ultimately closing lucrative deals.

SALARY
Competitive salary with an attractive commission structure.
- Annual CTC: ₹2,40,000 to ₹6,00,000

REQUIREMENTS
- Age: 25 to 30
- Qualification: Minimum Graduate or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (in some cases, this may not be required).
- Gender Preference: Male/Female (preferred)
- Experience: 1 to 3 Years (Marketing/Sales)
- Target Segment: B2B.
- Language: Marathi, Hindi, English.
- Successful experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or related role in the Sales industry.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of successful deals.
- Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Previous Experience: Salary slip, Experience certificate.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
- Dress Code: Professional, business-appropriate attire.
- Probation Period: 6 months to 1 year (According to the performance of the candidate)
- Legal Compliance: Adherence to industry regulations, data protection, employment laws, health and safety regulations, etc.
